Dervisci is a battalion-level simulation of two colonial battles fought by the Italian Army near Kassala, in eastern Sudan, against the forces of the Mahdi. The game recreates the clashes between Italian troops and Dervish warriors, allowing players to explore a little-known chapter of late nineteenth-century Italian colonial history.
Scale: 900m per hex. The units represent infantry and cavalry battalions, with artillery at the battery level.
